OnSpotCarMech24x7 provides on-demand, on-site roadside assistance and mechanic services for cars ("Services") within Bengaluru, Karnataka. Services include, but are not limited to, flat tyre repair, battery jumpstarts, car lockout assistance, and emergency towing. All Services are subject to the availability of our mechanics and service conditions.

2. User Obligations

By requesting a Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your identity, location, and vehicle details.
• Ensure you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have obtained the owner's permission to request the Service.
• Be present at the specified location for the service appointment.
• Treat our mechanics with respect and professionalism.

3. Pricing and Payment

A service fee will be quoted to you at the time of your service request. This fee is based on the nature of the service required. Payment is due in full upon completion of the Service. We accept cash and major digital payment methods. Any additional parts required for a repair will be quoted separately for your approval before installation.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our mechanics exercise utmost care, we shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific service where the issue arose. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of time, or any damages resulting from delays beyond our control, such as severe traffic conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OnSpotCarMech24x7. Our trademarks and content may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
